Automatically add default task when new job is created.
In RB9, tasks are different aspects of jobs that can be assigned to resources. Click to select Yes to have a default task included when creating a new job. (Set up tasks and their default in Lists > Jobs.)

Give a warning when ordering firm has over x amount of past due
Click to select Yes to have RB9 pop up a warning when you select a new job’s ordering firm, and they have an overdue amount that is older and larger than a cut-off you specify.
Past Due Days
If you selected Yes for the warning popup to appear, enter the number of days outstanding amounts must be past due to qualify for a warning. Default is 100 days.
Past Due Amount
If you selected Yes for the warning popup to appear, enter the dollar amount outstanding amounts must be over to qualify for a warning. Default is $1.00.
