Producing daily tracking summary

RB9 only

Use the Daily Tracking Summary to list all jobs with completed steps within a specified period. Produce reports to document your day’s progress.

  1. View completed steps

    1. Reports > Daily Tracking Summary
    2. In the Search By pane, click search button to create report of all steps finished today. Or specify the following search filters before clicking search button:
      • Level
        • Tracking Item – Default. Displays all items in alphabetical order of their description.
        • Tracking Step – Displays only transcripts and includes steps completed.
      • *Finished Date From/*Finished Date To

        Required. Date range of completed steps.

      • Manager

        RB9 user responsible for overseeing the tracking item. Default is blank. To restrict results to one user, click lookup button, then in the Lookup User popup, find the person’s name. See Searching in RB.

      • Tracking Item

        Default is ALL.

      • Business Units

        Profit centers or parts of your business you track separately. Default is ALL. Click lookup button to restrict search to jobs tied to specific BUs (see Lookup panel). BUs are set in Business Units.

  2. Export/print results

    RB9 lists all of the jobs that meet the specified search condition(s) as a report. The search criteria used to generate the report appear at the bottom of each page of the report above the timestamp.

    Export the report to save it and/or edit it in another application, or print it. See Printing invoices, statements & reports.
