Generate reports summarizing clients’ miscellaneous charges. Reports can show each client’s amount totals and averages for specific date ranges, clients, service items, and business units.
Required. Enter an invoice date range. See Date Navigator. Default is today. Invoices posted for the specified period will be summarized.
Only those service items belonging to the selected subgroup appear in the Lookup Service Items panel.
Default is ALL. To restrict search to specific service item(s), click and make selection(s) in the Lookup Service Items panel. (See Lookup panel.)
Multi-office firm headquarters which ordered services.
Profit centers or parts of your business you track separately. Default is ALL. Click to restrict search to invoices tied to specific BUs (see Lookup panel). BUs are set in Business Units.
Click . RB9 summarizes all of the invoices that meet the specified search condition(s) as a report. The search criteria used to generate the report appear at the bottom of each page of the report above the timestamp.
Export the report to save it and/or edit it in another application, or print it. See Printing invoices, statements & reports.
