Printing monthly journals
Print or email monthly journal reports for your accountant to use in preparing your company’s financials.
- Receivables > Monthly Journals
- In the Search By pane, leave as defaults or make selections:

Required. Defaults to the current month.

Revenue Account From
Business Unit – Default.
Service Item –
-
Show Detail
Yes – Default. To show posted subtotals in addition to account totals.
No – To show account totals only.

Business Units
Profit centers or parts of your business you track separately. Default is ALL. Click
to restrict search to transactions tied to specific BUs (see Lookup panel). BUs are set in Business Units.

. RB9 lists all of the transactions that meet the specified search condition(s) as two separate reports, which each group their entries under one BU per page, plus a Grand Total page. Each report is shown as a tab above the report pane. Export a report to save it and/or edit it in another application, or print it. See Printing invoices, statements & reports.
