Tracking RB Connect activities

RB9 only

RB9 tracks activities by contacts and resources on RB Connect. The activity log will show you who is using your RB Connect and how often they access it.

  1. Set parameters

    1. Connect > Activity Log
    2. In the Search By pane, change search filters as needed:
      • Site
        Defaults to your main site.
      • Type
        • Contact – Default. View client-side activity.
        • Resource – View resource-side activity.
      • *Activity Date From/*Activity Date To

        Required. Defaults to the current month. To change the dates, see Date Navigator.

  2. View results

    1. Click search button. RB9 displays a snapshot of web activities that meet the specified search condition(s), broken down into quarter-, year-to-date, and grand totals.
    2. To view details, click Expand/Collapse >
      • Expand Firm

        Firms expand to display amounts by contacts in each firm.

      • Expand Date

        Yearly grouping(s) expand to display amounts by quarters and months.

  3. Export/print results

    To export and save the results, click export button > Export to Excel. See Exporting & printing results.
