Using Team Viewer

Team Viewer is an executable file that allows OMTI support technicians to remotely view and control your device to solve RB9 issues.

  1. If you need our help resolving an issue with RB9, contact OMTI Support via phone or Live Chat.
  2. If the support technician determines that they need to see what you are seeing on your screen and work with your RB9 on your device using Team Viewer,click Help > Online Support > Team Viewer.
  3. The file will download to your device. Follow the technician’s instructions for installing and using Team Viewer to resolve your issue.
