Sending feedback

When you have an idea for improving RB9, you can access our Idea Collaborator from within RB9 instead of going to our website.

To submit your idea to OMTI for improving RB9, click Help > Send Feedback.
The OMTI Customer Portal log-in screen opens in a new tab/window in your browser.
Enter the email address and password you use with OMTI in Email and Password, then click Login. (If you do not know your password, click Forgot Password. You will receive an automatic email to the address entered with instructions for resetting your password.)
The Idea Collaborator window opens automatically. Before submitting a new idea, browse the existing ideas to see if someone else has already proposed the same idea. It’s better to vote an existing idea up than propose it again because ideas with more votes are more likely to be implemented.
If you find your idea is already in the system, click its blue hyperlink to view its details, see other users’ comments, and enter your own comment in the Make a Comment panel at the bottom of the window. When finished making a comment, click Post.
If you don’t find your idea in the Idea Collaborator, click New Idea. In the New Idea window, all fields are required. Follow the instructions to enter your idea. Then click Submit. Your idea will be posted in the Recent Ideas column in the main Idea Collaborator window.
