Live chatting with OMTI Support
In addition to calling OMTI Support during our office hours for help with RB9, you can chat with our technicians online.
- To communicate with a technician via instant messaging, click Help > Live Chat.
- Live Chat opens in a new tab/window in your browser. Enter your question/issue in the Question field, then click Start Chat.
- The chat window opens with a wait message in the top pane and your number in the queue at the bottom of the window. When an OMTI technician responds, their reply appears in the top pane. Enter your message in the bottom pane and click Send to reply.
- Continue the conversation until your issue has been resolved, then close the Live Chat browser tab/window.
