Create Master Word List

With RB9’s Create Master Word List, you can create a single word list spanning multiple transcripts belonging to a case. When assigning reporters to jobs on on-going cases, give them a master word list instead of access to all of the previous transcripts for their preparation. It’s more convenient for them, and you avoid any potential problems with full access.

TIP: Let reporters create their own master word lists

If you have RB Connect, your reporters can create their own master word lists for cases they are assigned to. They can select case files (without accessing them) to include, choose options for how the word list will look, then click a button to generate their own master word list.
