Finding most-scheduled clients
RB9 only
Find clients that had the most scheduled jobs during a particular time period. You can search by ordering client or scheduled by (typically secretaries and paralegals, not attorneys). This is a good way to know who your good clients are, and generate holiday card/thank you gift lists.
Select client type
- Inquiry > Marketing Inquiry
- To search for:
- Firms – Leave Category as Firm, the default.
- Contacts – Select Contacts in Category drop-down.
- In Type drop-down, select:
- Top N Calendar by Ordering – For ordering clients that had the most jobs scheduled in the time period.
- Top N Calendar by Scheduled (contacts only) – For scheduling contacts who scheduled the most jobs in the time period.

Update required information
*Scheduled Date From/*Scheduled Date To (required) – Default is current month to date. To view clients within a different time period, change the date range (see Date Navigator).

Restrict results
With Top N Calendar by Ordering/Scheduling selected in Type, use the additional search filters to narrow the results returned, if desired:

Top N
Default is 100 clients. To search for a different amount of clients, update the number in this field.

Business Units
Profit centers or parts of your business you track separately. Default is ALL. Click
to restrict search to jobs tied to specific BUs (see Lookup panel). BUs are set in Business Units.

Notification Type
Contacts only
Default is Main. Click
to select one or more email categories to search by. See Managing notification emails.

View clients & print envelopes/labels
Click
. All clients that fit the search criteria appear in the results pane.
- To view/update a client’s details, click their hyperlinked Firm Name/Contact listing. See Updating firms or Updating contacts.
- To print envelopes/labels:
- Check the box next to Firm Name/Contact in the header to select all results, or check the box(es) next to individual client(s) to select specific results.
- Click Print Envelopes and Labels. See Printing envelopes and labels.
NOTE: Save the results
To export and save the results, click
and select an export file type. See Exporting & printing results.
