Looking up locations

Within any RB function with a Location field, you can look up locations on the fly in your RB database by their name, other names you might use for them, or their city.

1. To find a location in RB, click a Location field’s (or > Lookup Location).
2. In the Lookup Location popup, select a filter in Search By:

• Location Name or a/k/a

  Default. Enter part of the location’s name or its alias in Search Criteria.

• City

  If selected, enter part of the location’s city name in Search Criteria.

• Show Active Only

  Default is Yes. If you want to search your entire location database, click to select No.
3. Click . All locations that fit the search criteria appear in the results pane.
4. Click the hyperlinked Location Name (a/k/a) in the results pane to select it. If the location does not appear in the list, click New to add the location to RB. See Adding locations to RB.
