Enter the contact’s birthday, wedding anniversary, and other important dates to have RB automatically remind you of an upcoming event within a set number of days. Use Anniversary Inquiry (RB9 only) to print labels for cards to send to clients celebrating upcoming anniversaries.

Anniversary category. Anniversary Types are set in Lists > Others.
Event month and day are required.
Any information for the staff who will be alerted to the anniversary, such as contact’s gift preferences, and what you have sent to them in the past.
Default is 1. Revise if needed.
Required. Time of day on the Alert date for RB to automatically send notice to the staff selected to receive the alert.
If no one is listed, or you wish to alert someone else, click . In the Alert To panel, check the box(es) of staff who should receive the anniversary alert. When finished selecting staff, click Save in the Alert To panel.
