You can set a general time frame for each task (for regular deliveries) for your different business units and for firms that have task turnaround requirements. Then when a task is added, the due date will be automatically calculated based on this setting from the ordering firm’s time frame, and if there is none, then from the assigned business unit.
RB calculates a job’s due date, excluding weekends and any designated holidays (see Holidays preferences). This value will be overridden for jobs for firms that have their own deadlines for preferred services (see Adding standing requests).
